How do you clean the bag?
Your bag is waterproof - so you can use a washcloth with soap to wipe it clean. Or you can use an alcohol wipe. Make sure to turn inside out so you clean up anything nasty inside too!
Can I buy multiple straps for my Très Gelée bag?
Yes! Every strap on the website will work with any bag on the website - collect them all.
Will the straps work with bags other than Très Gelée?
They perhaps could work with other bags - but we advise you to not purchase without double checking what type of d-ring or strap attachment your other bags may have.
Shipping questions
How long until I receive my order?
We are shipping out of Los Angeles, CA, and aim to be as fast as possible. Our goal is for your purchase to arrive in 7-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?

Returns questions
What's the return policy?
All Très Gelée products have a 10-day return policy as long as the tags are attached--if you don’t love them within 10 days of receiving them, you can return for a full refund. The shipping label to return will come out of your refunded amount. At this time we are only able to offer returns and not exchanges. Email bonjour@tresgelee.com to start your return.
Can I exchange my order?
While we don’t facilitate exchanges, all Très Gelée products have a 10-day return policy as long as the tags are attached--if you don’t love them within 10 days of receiving them, you can return for a full refund then place a new order!
